Our Elected Officials
It has been my privilege to serve the citizens of Latah County for seven terms
in the legislature. I support legislation that strengthens our public educational system and the University of Idaho, and legislation to promote
an equitable tax base for Idaho families and small businesses and job creation.
The strengthening of the Idaho economy is my top priority, now and in the future. I can be reached at ttrail@moscow.com. or http://www.infotrail.com/idaho/
I am a life long resident of Latah county, and for the last 31 years, I have been a business owner. Given the current economic situation the county is in, and the forecast for the economy not getting any better, the commissioners position must be filled by someone with a strong business background. Someone with problem solving skills who is willing and able to make tough decisions. Rest assured a vote for McGraw is a vote for the experience needed to see the county through these troubled times we are in.
I look forward to being your next Latah county commissioner from District 3. I can be reached at dave@elkrivertv.net.
Susan Petersen--Latah County Clerk
Experience and Integrity I am seeking Re-Election to the position of Latah County Clerk/Auditor/Recorder on the November 2, 2010 Ballot and I ask for your vote in this important Election. I am a fourth generation Latah County resident, I attended Moscow Public Schools K – 12 and graduated from the University of Idaho. I have worked very hard to learn the many duties of this position and to show that I have the ability and the knowledge to get the job done and to serve with honesty and integrity.
The people of Latah County have given me their support and trust to allow me to have served in this position the past 20 years, I appreciate that trust and support and will continue to work to serve each of the citizens of Latah County in the duties that I perform.
Lois Reed--Latah County Treasurer
I have been a Latah County resident for 25 years and have worked 18 years in the County Treasurer's Office, for 17 of those years serving as the Senior Deputy Treasurer. As a single mother, with a 21 year old daughter at the University of Idaho I am deeply concerned about our local economy and how it affects our property taxes.
I consider myself very conservative and protective of our County funds. I am proud that each taxpayer at my counter
has been treated fairly and with respect. Every County office exists to serve the public and I work hard to make
that happen in the Treasurer's Office.
"I am proud to serve as your County Treasurer and encourage you to call or come by and see me with any of your concerns or questions."
